Search Vehicles

Inventory -
A list of retail units listed by Dealers Wholesale Network members. Listed here are units that are for sale for a profit. To give the buyer an opportunity to buy that unit they have sold and make both members money. Dealers are encourage to post all retail units here simply because of the exposure that will exist here. The Inventory section is virtually a store within itself with thousands of retail units in your local area.

Make a Deal -
A list of wholesale units that are for sale in a 7 day period with an optional buy it now price. The buyer has the opportunity to make an offer on these units at anytime. This section is where the member can buy and sell what is conductive for there dealership quickly. The seller can accept an offer at any time.

Instant Bid -
Vehicles listed in this section are place for immediate bids for 24 hours. All members will receive an email on these units to capture the best bid. These are usually vehicles that are trade pending or vehicles that the franchise dealer is trying to move out of inventory quickly. Instant Bid is most similar to an online auction function. The seller can accepted an offer at anytime.

Posting Vehicles

This section is used to post and describe wholesale vehicles in any of the three sections;

Inventory - Retail units posted for sale with a buy now price or inquire for a buy now price if not available.

Make a Deal - Wholesale units are posted for 7 days, with or without a buy now price. Bids can be accepted at any time.

Instant Bid - Vehicles are posted for 24 hours to capture the best «Instant bid price» available, with or without a starting price. Bids can be accepted at any time.

Manage Vehicles

View All -
Lists all vehicles that are active in the system, your active offers that are pending, any price negotiations that have been offered or made by the member, any vehicles that can be re-listed and a complete list of all vehicles bought or sold.

Active Vehicles -
List of all member's vehicles currently active in the system with offers, Q&A, negotiations and price inquires.

Active Offers -
Offers made for a listed vehicle that you bid on, also the current bid on that vehicle..

Price Negotiation Requests -
Negotiated prices offered to or by a member.

Re-list Vehicles -
Section to move vehicles from one posted category to another.

Vehicles bought -
List of all vehicles bought by the member.

Vehicles sold -
List of all vehicles sold by the member.

Answer Questions

This section allows the member to respond to specific questions about a listed vehicle from other members. Questions that are posed and responded to in this section are added to the Q&A section of the posting of the specific vehicle. This prevents the need to respond to the same question multiple times and further enhances the description of a particular listing.

Help System

The Help system is designed with four topics (accessed by clicking on the topic in the drop-down bar) aimed at providing more specific instructions or information about the Dealers Wholesale Network system. The four sections and a brief description of each are listed below.

Frequently Asked Questions -
This section is a list of questions and responses posed by members and potential members regarding the system and what it is all about.

Bidding, Buying and Searching -
This section describes in detail how to search for a vehicle in the system and how to bid and buy a particular unit

Posting a Unit for Sale -
This section describes how a member can post a vehicle on the network and provides some information about the posting such as the Q&A section and how to initiate a response

Managing Your Account -
This section is aimed at providing information for re-listing units, accepting offers made for the members vehicles or making offers. This section also details how the final logistics for acquiring the vehicle is accomplished.
