Managing your account

After you have logged on to your account open up the manage vehicle tab. This section shows you all the vehicles that you have posted, purchased, bought and have bid on. From this section you may also relist a unit, delete units, track activity on a unit and also track your negotiations and price inquiries.

Active Vehicles

After you have opened the manage vehicle section go to active vehicles and find the unit that you want to

View:

You can sort by make, model or anyone of the tabs. Select the green dollar sign you can accept any offer answer any question you may have. When you accept an offer and click on user name, contact information will appear. You can answer all negotiation and price inquiries by clicking them.

Active Offers

When you view units using this feature you know right were you stand. All green numbers you are the curtain high bid, red numbers you are out bided. Always bid what the unit is worth your dealership. The seller will receive an email with your offer.

Price Negotiation Requests I've Made:

This request is used only in the Inventory Section. Any buyer can used the buy it now price to purchase or negotiate a different price to the seller, all request made by you the member will show up. Click on the unit for a new buy it now price. You can also renegotiate here for a new buy it now price. The seller will received an email with your request

Price Negotiation Request From Others:

This request is used only in the Inventory Section. For my units that I have received a request you can set to that price or set a new price in the request. The buyer has to agree to the buy it now price. The buyer will receive an email with your decision

Relist Vehicles

This section is where you can move vehicles from one posted category to another. Click on the unit in your Relist section chose your unit click relist, all categories will pop up. Check your category and click relist. You can also click edit to redescribe your unit.

Bought Vehicles

All units that are bought will show here Click on the DWN# to get the contact information. The buyer should be contaced by phone. You can also use the question and answer box for detail on the transaction.
All purchases are pending vehicle inspection.

Vehicles Sold:

All units that are sold will show here. Click on the DWN# to get the contact information Buyer will also get an email with the contact information

My Price Inquiries

Inquiries made by other members. Just enter your Buy now price and click on set price. The member that requested the price will be sent an email with your price. The unit now will have a Buy now price listed. The count tells you how many inquiries were made.

Inquiries I've Made

Will show all inquiries made by you the member. Once the member has set a price for that unit your inquire will show up in yellow. Just click on the unit to show the Buy now price.

Recently Expired

Expired units in Instant Bid and Make A Deal with offers that can be accepted within the remaining time. Instant bid 48 hrs, Make A Deal 24hrs.

Using the Question and Answers features

The Q&A feature that is displayed on each public page is the open line of communication between network members. You may ask the seller any questions you may have about the condition or price or whatever information needed to consummate the deal. The seller of the vehicle has control over what questions are publicly displayed. The seller may answer the question and then delete it or keep it on public display. Members remain anonymous throughout any transaction. We have someone on staff at all times monitoring the site and will gladly help you any way we can. We work closely with our network members and will help you put your deals together. Remember that we are car guys that have sold thousands of units so always be honest with your Description.
